What do they eat?
  • They are opportunistic omnivores. They will eat small mammals, insects, birds, fruits, amphibians, berries, nuts, carrion, and eggs.
What eats them?
  • Larger predators such as bears and cougars are capable of killing and eating fox.

Did you know?

  • Grey foxes are primarily nocturnal.
Threats to fox:
  • Main threats are habitat degradation, loss and fragmentation.
